We are now accepting deposits on upcoming litters

- We spend a lot of time handling our treasures many times a day from the time they are born till the time they leave us. We also work very hard to have your baby potty trained by the time they come home with you. Our babies mean a lot to us and we are always concerned about our little ones... and we have the right to pick and choose who our little treasures go home with.

-A Five Hundred Dollar Deposit will put you in line for pick of a male or female depending on which sex you choose. Deposit are Non-Refundable. See list below... East Coast Parti Yorkies has the right to keep back any puppy from litters that are bred.

- At eight weeks of age the customer that is first in line with a deposit will have first pick of the litter. at 8 weeks of age I will need to know your decision on your puppy, You can have a two day grace period to decide on your little treasure. This way the next (deposit) person in line will get next pick out of this litter. (If you decide to wait for the next litter then you will be put in the next spot available on the list for the litter due.

- Individual pictures of puppies will be taken two times before they leave the breeder. This takes a lot of time getting pictures taken of puppies. Then they must all be edited and downsized for setting on website.

- At eight to ten weeks of age you will be contact by the breeder to pick out your new treasure!  I will be able to give you more information on each puppy and his/her personality. This way you will be a to choose your treasure to make a happy fit with your family. The puppy must be paid for in full at the time of pick up in cash. If shipping or door to door service is involved this also must be paid for in full. If the puppy is not paid in full by ten weeks of age you will forfeit the puppy and have to wait for the next available puppy to purchase. (MONEY ORDERS FROM POST OFFICE ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS)
